Novena to the Holy Spirit

I am currently on day 5 of a 9 day prayer to the Holy Spirit. I am asking the Holy Spirit to help me discover just what God wants me to do for his Church and where I fit in, both at the parish and in his Church. I am currently confused about where I fit in. Some days I feel like a square peg in a round hole. That makes this happy-catholic turn into a frustrated catholic.

This is the first time I have tried a novena so I hope that I am doing it right. The reflections and prayers were penned by St. Maximilian Kolbe and so far they are giving me much to think about. I think I need to find a spiritual director. Does anyone have a clue on how I should do that?
