Another US Appointment -- Still Eight Vacant Sees

A look at this morning's VIS finds tells us that the Holy Father Filled the vacancy in Green Bay, Wi. by moving Bishop David Laurin Ricken from the diocese of Cheyenne, Wy. So, we have filled one See but opened another. The total number of vacant sees in the USA is still eight.
