New Bishop for New Ulm on Monday???

Rocco Palmo over at Whispers in the Loggia is telling us that the Staff in New Ulm have been requested to attend a Monday morning meeting in full Dress. That might mean that we will have our new Bishop on Monday. Man, I sure wish I had Rocco's sources.
